I was struggling to choose a hair salon and kept switching between them when I met the owner at their previous location, and I've been a long-time customer ever since. Every time, they help me clarify my vague desires and make suggestions that fulfill them, so I can go there without overthinking it. My hair quality is completely different now compared to before I started going there, and I'm very satisfied. It's a new location, but all the staff are easy to talk to and their skills are amazing, so I enjoy going there.

I've known the owner for over 10 years now, and even though I've moved far away, I still go to them for a haircut and color. Last week, they took my rough suggestions into consideration and gave me a style I was very happy with! I'm also familiar with the staff, so I always enjoy chatting with them, and I'm very grateful for their courteous service! I'm sure I'll be relying on them for a while longer, so I look forward to continuing to go to them!

A few years ago, I was struggling to style my hair the way I wanted and was having trouble choosing a salon when I met the owner.
I had very unruly, difficult-to-manage hair, but the owner carefully assessed my hair condition during the treatment, and now my hair texture has improved considerably, making daily styling so much easier!
They also give me detailed advice on home care tailored to my hair's condition at the time, so I can easily continue with it.
And I always enjoy chatting with them; I look forward to my visits to the salon every time.
I'm so glad I found a salon where I can confidently discuss my hair concerns and where I can entrust my hair care for a long time. I look forward to continuing to use your services!

I've been a client of the owner for about eight years now, so when I heard they were opening a new shop, I was deeply moved, thinking, "It's finally happening!"
[ONE] is a lovely shop with a calm atmosphere.
Although I'm in my late 50s, thanks to the treatments that address my hair concerns, my morning hair care routine has become so much easier, and I've gained confidence in my hair. I'm so grateful.
I look forward to continuing to use your services.

The hairdresser opened their own salon in May, and I've personally been a client of theirs for about seven years now.
They accurately interpret my requests, resulting in excellent results. They also provide helpful advice on scalp care, including shampooing and drying, and answer questions about styling and how to recreate the look. I'm always very grateful for their assistance.
With their new independent salon, they've created a wonderful atmosphere, and the space itself is beautifully designed.
